Day 01: Marrakech – to the hotel
your 10 days Morocco desert trip will start at the landing of your flight at the airport and transfer to your hotel.Day 02: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Dades Gorges
leaving the hassle of the city crossing the Atlas Mountains to the Sahara desert part for our Morocco off-road trip, stopping for pictures of the Berber villages and Kasbahs. After the noon meal, we will head to Hollywood of Africa then to Dades gorges via Rose valley.
Day 03: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga
the continuation of our 10 days Morocco desert trip from Dades valley to Tinghir, to stroll around the great Moroccan Canyons. After lunch in Tinjdad, we will head our Sahara desert trip toward Arfoud and Rissan known as towns of fossils and palm groves, having time to take a look at a fossil workshop. After that, we will carry on our Morocco off-road trip to the Sahara desert stunning dunes to leave the car and get on the Camels to watch the sunset from the middle of the dunes. Overnight in the desert camp.
Day 04: Merzouga – Ramlia – Tafraout Oasis
Make sure to wake up early in order to testify the best sunset of your 10 days Morocco desert trip then start the adventurous Morocco off-road trip to the Oasis of Mharech crossing the deep Sahara desert of Ouzina stopping in the charming Oasis of Ramlia for lunch and stroll with locals around their fields. After that, we will cross the Gheris valley to Tafraout Oasis. Overnight in a local guesthouse.
Day 05: Tafraout – Zagora
After breakfast in the guesthouse, our Morocco off-road trip will carry on towards Zagora, driving in the middle of nowhere passing by 2 Berber villages, and stopping for the first picnic of our 10 days Morocco desert trip under a desert tree. Then head to our destination in the Draa valley the longest valley in the country.
Day 06: Zagora – Chegaga desert
our driver will make sure to come on the time to start our amazing Sahara desert trip towards another big desert, stoping to visit Tamgrout known by pottery as its main characteristic. Then head our off-road trip to Echagaga virgin desert, overnight in the authentic camp.
Day 07: Chegaga – Taznakht – Ait Ben Haddou
in the morning after having breakfast we will hit the road towards crossing the black atlas mountains via Foum Zgid, and stop to have a cup of tea with Safran in Taznakht, known as a place of the original Moroccan Safran. Then continue our 10 days Morocco desert trip to Ait Ben Haddou Kasba. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 08: Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech
Our 8th day of the Sahara desert trip will start by exploring the most famous Kasbah in Morocco, due to being recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site, in addition to the movies that took place in the area such as Gladiator Asterix & Obelix… after lunch, we will continue our 10 days Morocco desert trip to Marrakech via Tichka Pass. Overnight in the riad.
Day 09: Visit of Marrakech
Today is the only dedicated day to visit a big imperial city during the 10 days Morocco desert trip. After breakfast, our local guide will come to meet you in the riad and walk around the medina starting by visiting ben Youssef school to the Kotobia mosque, Bahia Palace, Saadian tombs… After lunch, you will end the day of your Sahara desert trip by visiting Majorelle’s garden then walking freely in the big square of Marrakech.
Day 10: Marrakech – Airport
