In the morning departure at 8:30 from your accommodation Hotel or Riad in Marrakech, head to the southeast of Morocco crossing the high Atllas mountains. The highest pass in the north of Africa at 2260 m, then we will leave the main road to reach to Kasbah of Talouet. This was the Castle of the last lords of the Atlas at an altitude of more than 8,000 feet in the high Atlas mountains, our journey continues along the beautiful valley contain too many Berber villages with their Kasbahs and gardens. While arriving to Ait Ben Haddou, well we stop for lunch, then visit the UNESCO HERITAGE SITE, The most beautiful Kasbah in the south east of Morocco, many movies and Cenima series were shooting as Game of thrones, Gladiator …. About 35 minutes later we will stop for the night in a Riad or Guest house
After the breakfast we will start the journey to Mhamid, crossing the Tizi n Tinfifte pass south of Ouarzazate, you will notice the wide Oasis and the large number of the palm trees stretching out below. This marks the beginning of the Draa valley which produces about 45 varieties of dates, people start to harvest the dates at the beginning of September. Agdz is the centre Market of the dates, close to the Old Kasbah of Tamnougalet, from where we will follow the ancient caravan route, arrive to Oulad Otman, small visit guided to the Oasis, then we drive to Zagora the largest town in Draa Valley, where we have lunch. after a few Kilometers later Tamgroute, well known for the green glaz of its ceramic products, visit the Coranic library. After a 50 minutes driving we will arrive to the edge of the Desert. Diner and night at luxury camp.
After the breakfast our journey start in the morning, visit the old village of Mhamid, then we drive to Erg Chegaga by the off the road, visit the secret Oasis.Arriving to Erg Chegaga, then ride the camels for one hours and half to reach the dunes for the sunset. Diner and night at the desert camp.
After the breakfast ours desert adventure continue to drive back to Marrakech, another 90 Km of leads to the dried-up lake Iriqui, one arrive to Fam Zguid we will stop for a coffee and rest for a while maybe we will have the lunch. After driving again to the north with incredible rock formations at the side of the road, as well as too many beautiful oasis, arrive to Taznaght the main capital of the carpets if you are interested you can visit one of the women Cooperative to see how they make the rugs. Once again we will drive across the high Atlas mountains. Arriving to Marrakech at the end of the evening
